He has over 20 years of experience in microfinance, having worked with various organizations such as SKS Microfinance, Spandana Sphoorty Financial, and Share Microfin. He has a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, and a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Kolkata.

● Praveen T: Chief Financial Officer

As the CFO of Muthoot Microfin, Praveen T oversees the company’s financial aspects, such as planning, reporting, treasury, taxation, and compliance. He has over 15 years of experience in the financial services sector, working with companies like ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, and Fullerton India Credit Company. He belongs to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has a commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala.

● Udeesh Ullas: Chief Operating Officer

Udeesh Ullas is Muthoot Microfin’s CEO. He oversees the company’s operations, business development, customer service, and risk management functions. He has over 18 years of experience in microfinance, having worked with organizations such as SKS Microfinance, Spandana Sphoorty Financial, and Equitas Microfinance. He has a bachelor of commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and a master of business administration degree from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu.

● Subhransu Pattnayak: Executive VP – Human Resources and Products

Subhransu Pattnayak oversees human resources, training, product development, and social performance management functions. He has over 16 years of experience in microfinance, having worked with organizations such as SKS Microfinance, Spandana Sphoorty Financial, and Arohan Financial Services.

  • Neethu Ajay: Chief Compliance Officer & Company Secretary

She ensures the company complies with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. She also handles the company’s corporate governance, secretarial, and legal affairs. She has over 10 years of experience in the corporate sector, having worked with organizations such as Muthoot Fincorp, Muthoot Capital Services, and Muthoot Pappachan Technologies.

  • Linson Chelamattathil Paul: Chief Technology Officer

Linson Chelamattathil Paul is Muthoot Microfin’s chief technology officer. He is the company’s technology strategist, looking into innovation and implementation, leading its IT infrastructure, software development, digital transformation, and information security functions. He has over 14 years of experience in the IT sector, having worked with organizations such as Muthoot Fincorp, Muthoot Pappachan Technologies, and UST Global. He holds a master’s degree in commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and a master’s degree in computer applications from Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu.

● Jinsu Joseph: Chief Risk Officer

Jinsu Joseph is the Chief Risk Officer of Muthoot Microfin. He controls the company’s risk management framework, policies, and processes. He monitors and mitigates the company’s credit, operational, market, and regulatory risks. He has over 13 years of experience in microfinance, having worked with organizations such as SKS Microfinance, Spandana Sphoorty Financial, and Equitas Microfinance. He has a bachelor of commerce degree from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, and a master of business administration degree from Madras University, Tamil Nadu.
